GreenVit Health is a healthcare company dedicated to reducing the burden of non-communicable diseases (NCDs) by empowering individuals to take control of their health through prevention and management of diabetes, hypertension , obesity and their related complications.
At GreenVit Health, we believe in the importance of prevention and strive to help individuals reduce their risk of developing NCDs. For those already affected, we provide comprehensive care to manage their conditions, thus slowing disease progression and reduce complication. Our self-management programs provide patients with the knowledge and skill to deal with day-day disease related challenges. Our customized self-management tool enables patients to monitor their health parameters, set goals and track their progress with their healthcare providers. Additionally , our awareness and education platform, Awegreen, equips people with the knowledge and self-efficacy needed for prevention and management of NCDs.
We recognize that individuals with chronic diseases spend most of their lives outside of the healthcare systems. Therefore, our services enable patients to continue with care even when outside of the healthcare system. Our comprehensive care includes medications, health education, exercise and diet plans, and lifestyle modifications , all of which are the cornerstone for effective prevention and management of NCDs.
